23 CAR § 135-103

Fees

Arkansas Code § 23-61-108; Arkansas Code § 23-64-207

(a) There shall be a thirty-five-dollar regulatory fee paid to the Insurance Commissioner prior to the issuance of a license.
(b) The license shall be renewed annually at the thirty-five-dollar fee.
