The following "other healthcare practitioners" shall be entitled to participate in health benefit plans under the Any Willing Provider Law, in addition to the healthcare providers listed in Arkansas Code § 23-99-203(d) and § 23-99-802(4), to the extent that the specific healthcare service is offered or covered in the health benefit plan in the manner specified in the health benefit plan of that insured or beneficiary:

1. (1) Non-hospital based medical facilities providing clinical diagnostic services for sleep disorders; and

2. (2) Non-hospital based medical facilities providing:

   1. (A) Magnetic resonance imaging;
   2. (B) Computed axial tomography; or
   3. (C) Other imaging diagnostic testing.
