23 CAR § 109-108 – Effective date of the accelerated benefits

(a) The accelerated benefit provision shall be effective for accidents on the effective date of the policy or rider.
(b) The accelerated benefit provision shall only be effective for illnesses which first manifest themselves more than sixty (60) days following the effective date of the policy or rider.
