23 CAR § 109-102 – Scope

(a) This part shall apply to all licensed domestic, foreign, and alien life insurers.
(b) This part shall apply to all accelerated benefits provisions of individual and group life insurance policies and riders attached thereto issued or issued for delivery in this state, except long-term care insurance policies.
