Every insurer, health care service plan, or other entity providing Medicare Supplement Insurance or benefits in the state shall provide a copy of any Medicare supplement advertisement intended for use in this state, whether through written, radio, or television medium, to the Insurance Commissioner of this state for review or approval by the commissioner not less than thirty (30) days prior to the date the insurer desires to use the advertisement.
