(a) Sections 5-103, 5-104, 5-105, 5-106, 5-107, and 5-110 of this rule apply to:
- (1) All insurers organized under the laws of this state; and
- (2) All persons proposing to form an insurer under the laws of this state.
- (b) Sections 5-103, 5-105, 5-108, 5-109, and 5-110 of this rule apply to all insurers organized under the laws of jurisdictions other than this state.
