23 CAR § 43-601 – Licensing

(a)
1. (1) All State Insurance Department actions regarding licensure are governed by the provisions of:
  1. (A) Chapter 64 of the Arkansas Insurance Code (for insurance producers), codified at Arkansas Code § 23-64-101 et seq.; and
  2. (B) Chapter 63 of the Arkansas Insurance Code (for insurers), codified at Arkansas Code § 23-63-101 et seq.
2. (2) However, the department regulates and licenses many other business organizations and individuals throughout the Arkansas Insurance Code or the department’s administrative rules that are not insurance producers or insurers.
