The State Insurance Department shall provide on its dedicated website page for proposed rules a transcript of the public hearing with all of the required Arkansas Legislative Council forms, rule drafts and markups, if any, and public comments in response to the rule, within a reasonable time following completion of the transcript by the court reporter.
