The provisions of this subpart shall apply to administrative actions undertaken by the State Insurance Department against licensees arising from findings pursuant to a limited-scope market conduct report, unless such action pertains to a hearing under Arkansas Code § 23-61-205(a)(3)(C), in which case the procedures under that section shall apply.
