All new and renewal reinsurance transactions entered into on or after February 15, 2022, shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas Credit for Reinsurance Law, Arkansas Code § 23-62-301 et seq., and this part if credit is to be given to the ceding insurer for such reinsurance.
