- (a) The purpose of this part is to set forth guidelines and procedural requirements that the Insurance Commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of the Arkansas Credit for Reinsurance Law, Arkansas Code § 23-62-301 et seq.
- (b) The actions and information required by this part are declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of the ceding insurers in this state.
