The provision in 23 CAR § 22-104(b)(3)(I) requiring the payment of a prelicensing electronic education fee of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall expire on March 1, 2018, unless otherwise extended, amended, or rescinded before such date pursuant to rule or state law.
