Course providers for agent prelicensing and continuing education — Annual registration and fees

- (a) Annual registration. Pursuant to the State Insurance Department Trust Fund Act, Arkansas Code § 23-61-701 et seq., all approved course providers for agent prelicensing and continuing education shall register on September 1 annually with the State Insurance Department on forms prescribed by the Insurance Commissioner.
(b) Fees.
- (1) Prelicensing education. Each original registration and/or annual renewal of a course provider for agent prelicensing education. Category A Fee------------------------------------------------------$100
- (2) Continuing education. Each original registration and/or annual renewal of a course provider for agent continuing education. Category A Fee------------------------------------------------------$100
