Scope
Arkansas Code § 23-61-108; Arkansas Code § 23-63-601; Arkansas Code § 23-69-134
This rule applies to all:
(1) Domestic insurers;
(2) Hospital and medical service corporations;
(3) Farmers mutual aid associations; and
(4) Health maintenance organizations.
