22 CAR § 112-310 – Bid tabulation

(a) If bids are opened by the department, all tabulations must be sent (faxed, mailed, or electronic mail) to the Construction Section within two (2) working days of the bid opening.
(b) Bid tabulations must contain the following information which includes but is not limited to:
1. (1) The date and time of the bid opening;
2. (2) The project number;
3. (3) The amount of the bid;
4. (4) The contractor names;
5. (5) Whether a bid security was included along with the bid security amount; and
6. (6) The listing of any applicable subcontractors.
(c) The Construction Section will determine the responsiveness of all submitted bids.
(d)
1. (1) Determination of the lowest responsible bidder is the responsibility of the department.
2. (2) The Construction Section will complete the official bid tabulation upon the determination.
