1. (a) Allow a minimum of one (1) week after the last advertisement for the receipt of responses from interested design professionals.

2. (b) Responses shall be:

   1. (1) In writing and in the format stipulated in the RFQ (fax and email are not acceptable); and
   2. (2) Addressed to the department official identified in the RFQ document.
3. (c) For projects that are large, complex, or might require the services of an out-of-state design or consultant firm, allow a minimum of no less than two (2) weeks.

Codification Notes: "RFQ" means request for qualifications.
