1. (a) State parks or recreational areas are sanctuaries for wildlife of every sort, and all hunting or the killing, wounding, frightening, capturing, or attempting to capture at any time of any wild animal or fowl within the boundaries of state parks is prohibited.
2. (b) Any violations of the above acts should be immediately reported to the Enforcement Division of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission or the local Game and Fish Enforcement Officer, if available.
