1. (a) In consideration of the enjoyment and peace of mind of overnight guests in state parks, there is hereby established a period of quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. until sunrise.
2. (b) Any undue disturbance will result in ejection from the park without refund of any unused fee or charge.
