1. (a) All vending or peddling within state parks, unless authorized in writing by the Director of the State Parks Division, is prohibited.

2. (b)

   1. (1) Private notices or any other advertisements shall not be posted, distributed, or displayed without the express consent of the park superintendent, who shall determine the size, extent, and location of such notices to be displayed based on current division policy.
   2. (2) The nailing, tacking, or other attachment of such notices to buildings, trees, or other park property is prohibited.
3. (c) The use of any amplified device, such as bull horns or loud speakers, is prohibited.
