1. (a) Motorized recreation vehicles (MRV) operated in state parks must be licensed and registered as required by law.
2. (b) MRV must be operated on improved roads only, except in areas or on trails specifically designed and marked for such vehicles.

3. (c)

   1. (1) Hours of operation will be from 8:00 a.m. until closing time of state park facilities such as swimming areas, eating establishments, recreation areas, etc.
   2. (2) This will be on a park-by-park basis, but no later than 9:00 p.m.
   3. (3) This will allow time for return to camping or lodging areas, or to leave the park.

4. (d)

   1. (1) The operation of MRV in designated camping or lodging areas by persons other than registered guests is prohibited.
   2. (2) Such guests may operate such MRV as above for transportation only and at posted speed limits.
5. (e) Mini bikes are not licensable in the State of Arkansas and will not be operated in state parks.
