1. (a)

   1. (1) The display or overuse of alcohol in a public use area that creates a disturbance is prohibited within a state park.
   2. (2) The use of alcoholic beverages by a minor is illegal.
2. (b) The possession, display, and use of dangerous drugs or a controlled substance is illegal and prohibited within a state park.
