(a)

1. (1) To coordinate the State Buildings Energy Management Program, each agency will assign one (1) person in their organization as the energy manager.
2. (2) The name of this person shall be given to the Arkansas Energy Office and updated as changes are made.

(b)

1. (1) The energy manager will coordinate energy efficiency efforts for the agency and be responsible for reporting required by this program.
2. (2) The energy manager should also be responsible for reviewing and approving capital improvement projects and maintenance projects to ensure compliance with the agency’s energy management program and compliance with this program.
