As used in this part:

1. (1) “Eligible local law enforcement agency” includes the following:

   1. (A)

      1. (i) An Arkansas county.

      2. (ii) “Arkansas county” means:

         1. (a) (a) A sheriff’s office in the State of Arkansas;
         2. (b) (b) A county prosecutor’s office in the State of Arkansas; or
      3. (c) (c) Another agency that, unless otherwise excluded by law or rule, is funded by or through a county in Arkansas;
   2. (B) Drug task force;

   3. (C)

      1. (i) Municipal police department.
      2. (ii) “Municipal police department” means a city, town, locality, or political subdivision in the State of Arkansas; and
   4. (D) Any other agency specifically included in Acts 2022, No. 224; and

2. (2) “Eligible local law enforcement agency” does not include the following:

   1. (A) City, town, county, state, or other court;
   2. (B) Constable;
   3. (C) County, regional, or city jail or correctional or detention center; or
   4. (D) Any other agency specifically excluded by Acts 2022, No. 224.
