- (a) If any information related to the notary's commission (name, address, county of residence, or e-mail address) changes, the notary shall notify the office of the Secretary of State within thirty (30) days of such change.
- (b) After being informed of personal information changes, the office of the Secretary of State shall guide the electronic notary on how to make changes to his or her electronic key pair.
