Lobbyist activity reports do not have to disclose the following:

1. (1) Office expenses other than those specifically required to be reported under 21 CAR § 3-203 of this part;
2. (2) Unreimbursed personal living and travel expenses not incurred directly for lobbying;
3. (3) Money loaned or a line of credit established that is issued in the ordinary course of business by a financial institution or a person who regularly and customarily extends credit; and
4. (4) Compensation paid to the lobbyist by his or her client or clients or principal or principals.
