Reporting of gifts to governmental entities
Arkansas Code § 7-6-217–218
A public official accepting a gift, grant, or donation of money on behalf of a governmental entity in accordance with 21 CAR § 1-109 of these rules shall, on a quarterly basis, disclose to the Arkansas Ethics Commission:
(1) The gift, grant, or donation of money or property received;
(2) The person donating the gift, grant, or donation of money or property; and
(3) The estimated value of the gift, grant, or donation of money or property.
