Only the following persons are authorized to attach or remove tags:

1. (1) A fire protection sprinkler system firm’s:

   1. (A) RME;
   2. (B) Fitter; or
   3. (C) Inspector;
2. (2) The State Fire Marshal; or
3. (3) The AHJ.
