Once a licensed fitter or inspector has successfully tested any new system as required by NFPA, such system is eligible for being placed into service after:

1. (1) The licensed fitter:

   1. (A) Affixes the original installation tag; and
   2. (B) Fills out the Contractor’s Material and Test Certificate; and
2. (2) The system is accepted by the AHJ.
