(a)
- (1) Operating certificates or permits are required by Arkansas Code § 20-23-301.
- (2) The fees for such permits or certificates are established by Arkansas Code § 20-23-306 and are fifteen dollars ($15.00) for boilers and thirty dollars ($30.00) for unfired pressure vessels.
(b)
- (1) In the event an operating certificate or permit is suspended or revoked by an inspector or the Boiler Inspection Division, the owner or user may request an adjudicative hearing within twenty (20) days of the suspension or revocation.
- (2) Failure to request a timely hearing shall mean that the suspension or revocation is a final administrative determination.
- (c) An operating certificate will not be renewed if there is an unpaid administrative fine.
