(a)
- (1) Installation permits are required by Arkansas Code § 20-23-307.
- (2) The fees for such permits are established by Arkansas Code § 20-23-308.
- (b) In the event an installation permit is denied by the Boiler Inspection Division, the applicant may request an adjudicative hearing pursuant to 20 CAR § 880-301 et seq., within twenty (20) days of notice of the denial.
