20 CAR § 880-403 – Review of application

(a) The application and supporting documentation will be reviewed by Boiler Inspection Division staff.
(b) The division will inform the applicant in writing if it determines that the application is incomplete, and will specify why the application is incomplete.
(c) When a completed application, a supplemental application, or the requested information is returned, the division will reinitiate action on the application for license.
(d) If all requirements are met, a license will be issued or the applicant will be allowed to take the licensing examination, whichever is applicable.
