- (a) All persons holding a license or permit issued by the Boiler Inspection Division are required to provide the division with information so that the division can remain in contact and provide notice of complaints and/or hearings.
(b)
- (1) The licensee is required to provide written notice to the Boiler Advisory Board of any change in business and/or residence address within ten (10) working days of the change.
- (2) Service of notices of hearing sent by mail will be addressed to the latest address on file with the division.
