The following minimum information is required for approval of refresher training courses by the State of Arkansas:

1. (1) The length of training in half days or days;
2. (2) The topics covered in the course;
3. (3) A copy of all course materials (student manuals, instructor notebooks, handouts, etc.);

4. (4)

   1. (A) The names and qualifications of all course instructors.
   2. (B) Instructors must have academic and/or field experience in asbestos abatement; and

5. (5)

   1. (A) A description of and an example of the certificates issued to students who complete the refresher course.
   2. (B) Certificates shall contain the same information as described in 20 CAR § 860-802(9).
