1. (a) An owner or operator who has already submitted an NOI shall notify the Division of Environmental Quality of the following changes:

   1. (1) Ending date;
   2. (2) Scheduled work hours;
   3. (3) Engineering controls and work practices;
   4. (4) Disposal site;
   5. (5) Air monitor, inspector, and/or project designer; or
   6. (6) A change in owner.

2. (b)

   1. (1) These changes may be submitted by phone or fax.
   2. (2) There will be no fee for these submittals.

Codification Notes: “NOI” means notice of intent.
