1. (a) The Division of Environmental Quality shall review all notifications for accuracy and completeness.

2. (b) Notifications which are incomplete or do not otherwise meet the notification requirements of this part shall be:

   1. (1) Returned to the owner or operator along with an NOD;
   2. (2) Corrected and resubmitted by the owner or operator within a time frame specified by the division in the NOD; and
   3. (3) Subject to a new notification period.

Codification Notes: “NOD” means notice of deficiency.
