1. (a) For emergency renovation operations involving a sudden, unexpected event that is not an SSSD or minor fiber release episode, the owner or operator shall submit a written NOI to the Division of Environmental Quality by either hand delivery, postmarked by the United States Postal Service, or postmarked by a commercial delivery service as early as possible, but not later than the following working day.
2. (b) Such notice must be accompanied by the required fee which is described in Subpart 16 of this part.
