The minimum length for each refresher course for each discipline shall be as follows:

1. (1) For workers, one (1) full day (eight [8] hours);
2. (2) For contractor/supervisors, one (1) full day (eight [8] hours);
3. (3) For inspectors, one-half (1/2) day (four [4] hours);

4. (4) For management planners:

   1. (A) One-half (1/2) day (four [4] hours) of inspector refresher training; and
   2. (B) One-half (1/2) day (four [4] hours) of management planning refresher course; and
5. (5) For project designers, one (1) full day (eight [8] hours).
