1. (a) A project design is required prior to renovation, demolition, or response action that is not an SSSD or minor release episode that involves RACM.
2. (b) The project design must be a written document, specific to the job in question.
3. (c) A copy must be maintained at the job site and be made available to Division of Environmental Quality employees upon request.

Codification Notes: “SSSD” means small-scale short-duration. "RACM" means regulated asbestos-containing material.
