- (a) The telecommunication equipment distribution shall be known as the Telecommunications Access Program, or TAP.
- (b) This program was established under Acts 1995, No. 501, as amended by Acts 2001, No. 530, Acts 2011, No. 173, and Acts 2021, No. 263.
