20 CAR § 836-407 – Resolutions and effective date

(a) All resolutions shall be:
1. (1) In writing;
2. (2) Contained in the minutes section of the Arkansas Assistive Technology Alternative Financing Program Manual; and
3. (3) Maintained by the vice-chairperson or their designee.
(b) Resolutions shall be effective on the date of passage, upon adjournment of the meeting, unless otherwise stated in the resolution.
