- (a) The annual meeting of Technology Equipment Revolving Loan Fund Committee shall be held during the month of July of each year or on such earlier or later date in each calendar year as the committee may determine.
- (b) The committee, at its discretion, may also choose to establish meeting dates for the remainder of the year.
(c) The annual meeting shall be held at:
- (1) The principal office of the AFP; or
- (2) Such other place within the State of Arkansas as shall be designated in the notice of meeting.
