(a) Technology Equipment Revolving Loan Fund Committee members receive no salaries, but shall be paid travel and any other expenses incurred to attend meetings or while otherwise engaged in the discharge of their duties, all as may be deemed appropriate:

1. (1) By resolution of the committee; and
2. (2) Within the policy limits of state employee travel reimbursement.
