- (a) The chairperson will be the Director of Arkansas Rehabilitation Services and shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Technology Equipment Revolving Loan Fund Committee, voting only in the case of a tie vote.
(b) The chairperson shall perform:
- (1) All the duties commonly involved with his or her office; and
- (2) Such other duties and have such other powers as the committee may from time to time designate.
- (c) Unless some other person is specifically authorized by the committee, the chairperson shall sign all contracts and other instruments executed on behalf of the Arkansas Assistive Technology Alternative Financing Program.
