Status 38 is used to identify individuals eligible for VR:

1. (1) Who will not advance to Statuses 12 to 24; and
2. (2) Whose names are being removed from the service delayed/order of selection list (Status 04).

Codification Notes: “VR” means vocational rehabilitation.
