(b) Procedures — Closed from post-employment (Status 39).

1. (1) Pay or cancel any outstanding encumbrances.
2. (2) The counselor must document in the case narrative the reason for closure.
3. (3) The case management system will generate the status move after required data is keyed for Status 39.
