1. (a) A person with a significant disability may reapply for ILR services at any time after thirty (30) days of closure.
2. (b) In such a situation, the counselor must process the case in a manner similar to an individual applying for the first time.
3. (c) Every effort should be made to review and arrive at a decision on the basis of the present rather than previous conditions.

Codification Notes: “ILR” means independent living rehabilitation.
