1. (a) Personal assistance services is a range of services, provided by one (1) or more persons, designed to assist an individual with disabilities to perform daily living activities on or off the job that the individual would typically perform if the individual did not have a disability.

2. (b) These services may be provided to an individual at any time during the rehabilitation process and may include:

   1. (1) Attendant;
   2. (2) Interpreter; and
   3. (3) Reader.
