1. (a) Books and training materials will be limited to required textbooks, including required math calculators.

2. (b) Arkansas Rehabilitation Services will not furnish office supplies, such as:

   1. (1) Paper;
   2. (2) Pencils;
   3. (3) Pens;
   4. (4) Glue; and
   5. (5) File folders.
3. (c) Arkansas Rehabilitation Services will not furnish computers as training materials.
4. (d) Computers purchased for training needs will be considered only when the computer is required as an accommodation based on the nature of the individual’s disability and will be utilized as assistive technology.
5. (e) An AT evaluation, assessment, and recommendation will be documented and placed in the ECF.
