1. (1) The counselor will inform the individual of the required components of the IPE if the individual chooses to develop the IPE.

2. (2) The mandatory components that the IPE must contain:

   1. (A) A specific employment outcome consistent with informed choice;
   2. (B) Criteria for evaluation of progress toward employment outcome;
   3. (C)

(i) Specific rehabilitation services.

1. (ii) See Appendix E: IPE;

   1. (D) Projected timelines for initiation and duration of services;
   2. (E) Schedule for periodic reviews and evaluations;
   3. (F) Entity to provide services and methods for procurement;
   4. (G) Responsibilities of the individual;
   5. (H) Need for post-employment services; and
   6. (I) Need for supported employment services.

2. (3) 34 C.F.R. §§ 361.45 and 361.46.

   1. (c) The counselor will inform the individual that the IPE must be completed and assistance in completing the forms is available upon request.
