1. (a) Arkansas Rehabilitation Services shall not suspend, reduce, or terminate services (including evaluation and assessment services and IPE development) being provided to the applicant/client pending a resolution through due process.
2. (b) However, services may be suspended, reduced, or terminated if those services were obtained through misrepresentation, fraud, collusion, or criminal conduct on the part of the individual or the individual's representative.
3. (c) Services may also be suspended, reduced, or terminated if the applicant/client, or their representative, so requests.
